Dreams of who I want to be Yearnings deep inside me Growing bigger everyday I see as I lay Looking for a place to explode Waiting for a time to generate Desires so big I want to share But circumstance tells me it's not clear Grinding me to a halt Making me swim in an ocean of uncertainty But hope steps in like a forceful hurricane wind Breaking down the walls of impossibilities Paving way for possibilities Holding my hand through difficulties And guarding my heart from negativity Leading me to my already sculptured future Which is beyond what I pictured Telling my right from the start My future was certain The hope is my Shepherd And the Shepherd is my hope.
